Terms

Two things are governed here and they are governed differently: the software you run yourself, and the service we run for you.

The self-hosted distribution

You may run Conductor on your own infrastructure, for your own organisation, without a licence fee and without telling us. There is no seat count, no build limit, no feature gate and no phone-home. We do not know your deployment exists.

It is provided as-is. We make no warranty that it is fit for any particular purpose, and our liability for anything arising from software you run yourself is limited to nothing, because we have no access to it and no ability to affect it.

Conductor Cloud

What we undertake
To run the control plane, keep your data where we said we would, encrypt credentials at rest, and tell you promptly if any of that stops being true.
What we do not undertake
Your builds run on your machines. We cannot promise a build will succeed, complete in any particular time, or start at all if your fleet is offline — and we do not charge for build time, which is the same fact from the other side.
Your data is yours
You can export it and you can delete it. Ending a subscription does not hold it hostage: we will give you a dump of your organisation on request, and Conductor is self-hostable, so you can run what you exported.
Acceptable use
Do not use Conductor to distribute malware, to build software you have no right to build, or to attack anybody — including us. We will terminate an account doing any of those, and we will say why.
Changes
We will give thirty days’ notice of a change to these terms or to pricing that disadvantages you, by email to the account owner. Not by silently editing this page.

Questions about any of this go to legal@mangozestlabs.com. If a clause here conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.
